Wednesday is Ladies’ Night at Shuswap National! Come out with some friends and enjoy an evening of cool drinks, great food and even better company. Our Ladies’ Night formats are designed to appeal to every golfer, so whether you’re an experienced pro, or you just got your first set of clubs, you’ll have a great time.

May 22 – 4-Woman Scramble

In teams of four, all players hit, select the best shot and play from there. Repeated until the end of the hole

June 5 – 2-Woman Scramble

In teams of two, both players hit and select their preferred shot. Both players then play from that spot, and continue this until the hole is done

June 12 – 4-Woman Yellow Ball

In teams of four, all players play their own individual ball through each hole. One yellow ball rotates through the group, with players each using it one hole at a time. The team score is the combined score of the yellow ball score and the lowest of the other three scores. If the yellow ball is lost, the team score becomes the two highest scores of the four

June 19 – 2-Woman Shamble

In teams of two, golfers both hit off the tee, select the best tee shot and both play their second shot from there. From there, they play through the hole individually and the lower score is used as the team score

July 3 – 4-Woman Elimination Scramble

In teams of four, all players hit and select the shot they wish to play from. From that spot, all players hit again, except for the player that hit the previous shot. Once the golfers reach the green, all players may hit regardless of who hit the previous shot

July 10 – Stableford

Each score relative to par is given a point value (Double+ = 0, Bogey = 1, Par = 2, Birdie = 4, Eagle = 8). The winner is the player with the highest score

July 17 – 2-Woman Shamble

In teams of two, golfers both hit off the tee, select the best tee shot and both play their second shot from there. From there, they play through the hole individually and the lower score is used as the team score

July 24 – 4-Woman Casino Scramble

In teams of four, golfers play under standard scramble rules, except for after their tee shot. After all players tee off, they roll a dice, if the dice result is 1-4, they must use the tee shot of the player associated with that number in the scorecard. If the dice result is 5, they may use any tee shot. If the dice result is 6, they must use the a tee shot in accordance with a hole-specific rule (provided day of the event)

July 31 – 2-Woman 3-3-3

In teams of two, golfers play Holes 1-3 in Best Ball, 4-6 in Alternate Shot and 7-9 in Scramble

August 14 – 4-Woman ChaChaCha

In teams of four, all players play their own ball through the hole. After the first hole, the lowest of the four scores is used as the team score. After the second hole, the two lowest scores are combined for the team score. After the third hole, the three lowest scores are combined for the team score. This process then repeats

In teams of two, both players hit and select their preferred shot. Both players then play from that spot, and continue this until the hole is done

August 28 – 2-Woman Blind Best Ball

In teams of two, golfers play through the hole individually, and the lower score is used for the team score. In blind best ball, teams are drawn randomly after the round
